Empire Parliamentary Association Visit to Australia and New Zealand

Members of the Canadian Parliamentary Committee of the Empire Association who recently visited Australia and New Zealand. Purpose of the visit. A description of the journey there. A descriptive narrative of what the Committee members saw and inspected in Australia in Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart in the Island of Tasmania, the desert at Mildura, Adelaide, Perth, Kalgoorlie, Alice Springs, and Townsville. On to New Guinea. Included in the descriptive narrative are details about battles and other events of the war. New Zealand, and a description of the motor car journey through that country. A message from the people of Australia and New Zealand to Canadians: a deep appreciation of the kindness shown to the Australian and New Zealand boys who had come to Canada to train in the Commonwealth Air Training scheme. A common heritage through the British Commonwealth.
