Some specific problems faced by the CBC and how being denied the right to set its own strategies and policies will hamper the organization. A review of what the CBC is doing and problems it is facing under its current operation and mandate. A general misunderstanding of the job of the CBC. Some comparisons with other national broadcasting corporations. Particular circumstances faced by a Canadian national broadcasting corporation, particularly geography and regionalism.
